Prevention tips

1. Wash bedsheets and pillowcases weekly in hot water.
2. Sun or air your mattress and pillows regularly.
3. Reduce humidity with air-conditioning or a dehumidifier.
4. Vacuum mattresses, sofas and carpets with a HEPA filter.
5. Replace very old pillows.
