How long does a service take?
Most condos and homes take about 1–2 hours. Hotels, KTVs and commercial premises are scheduled after a quick assessment.

Do you provide a certificate and report?
Yes — every service includes a service report and certificate of treatment.

How much is pest control for a condo in KL?
Our promotion price for general pest control in a condominium or apartment is RM138 (normal RM178). Landed single storey is RM168 and double storey RM218.
How long until cockroaches are gone?
Most customers see a big drop within the first 1–2 weeks as the bait takes effect. Heavy infestations may need a follow-up visit.
Is rat control included in general pest control?
Yes — our general pest control covers cockroaches, ants, rats and mosquitoes. Condo RM138, landed from RM168.
Why do ants keep coming back after I spray?
Household sprays kill the foragers but not the colony. Professional treatment targets the nest.

Is ULV fogging included in your packages?
